SNRPA and neoplasm: The results showed that patients with high SNRPA protein expression were found to be positively correlated with worse TNM stage (P=0.049), low tumor differentiation (P=0.009), vascular invasion (P=0.006), high recurrence rate (P=0.005), and high death rate (P=0.003), whereas not correlated with age, gender, tumor size, serum AFP level, tumor location, HBsAg, Edmonson grade, Child-Pugh class, and tumor encapsulation (Table 1).
