CD4 and cancer: Herein, we noticed that the IRS model displayed negative correlations with the activities of nearly all steps in the cancer immunity cycle including cancer antigen presentation, priming and activation, recruiting of B cell, CD4+ T cell, CD8+ T cell, dendritic cell, eosinophil, macrophage, MDSC, NK cell, T cell, Th1 cell, Th17 cell, Th2 cell, and Treg cell, infiltration of immune cells into tumors, recognition of cancer cells by T cells, and killing of cancer cells.
