For predicting the model of grade C PPAP, tobacco and alcohol use, hypertension, pancreatic duct diameter <5 mm, soft pancreatic texture, liquid intake/output volume ≤ 2000 ml, operation duration >360 min, the methods of pancreatic anastomosis, and CRP ≥ 180 mg/L were enrolled compared to the non-PPAP group.
