Univariate analyses revealed that age, mPAP, CI, CI < 2.5 L/min/m2, PVR, PaO2, PvO2, PvO2 < 35 mmHg, SvO2, A-aDO2, BNP, 6MWD, DLCO, %pred., WHO functional class, and medication significantly correlated with prognosis in all PAH patients. This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
