Furthermore, additional analyses with/without treatment in PAH showed that age, CI, CI < 2.5 L/min/m2, PVR, PaO2, PvO2, PvO2 < 35 mmHg, SvO2, A-aDO2, BNP, 6MWD, and WHO functional class were significant prognostic factors in the group treated with selective pulmonary vasodilators (Table 4), and that mPAP, CI, CI < 2.5 L/min/m2, PVR, PvO2, PvO2 < 35 mmHg, SvO2, A-aDO2, DLCO, %pred., and WHO functional class were significantly correlated with prognosis in the untreated group (Table 5). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
