Another point of interest is that some of the known partners of AGR2 and AGR3 proteins are co-expressed with them, but this is not a general feature, and concerns the different cancer types in a specific way, with the exception of mucins whose expression appears to be strongly positively correlated to that of AGR2/3 in all cancer types, in agreement with their known functional association.
