In the differentially expressed lncRNAs of breast cancer triple negative (ER, PR and Her-2 negative), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive, lumen A positive, and lumen B positive, a total of 37 lncRNAs were found to be maladjusted in four subtypes of breast cancer, and THAP9-AS1 was one of them (Li et al., 2020). Here, THAP9 is linked to breast cancer.
