Among the siglec family members, we found that siglec9 and siglec14 were significantly dysregulated when comparing between AML patients and healthy controls, correlated with various clinical features, associated with macrophage infiltration, of high diagnostic value in ROC curve, and of prognostic power in sub-group Kaplan–Meier survival analysis. This evidence concerns the gene SIGLEC9 and acute myeloid leukemia.
