We compared the activity of these molecules to a previously described potent and selective BRD9 inhibitor (non-degrader), BI-7273 [20], against human leukemia cell lines MV4;11 (B-myelomonocytic leukemia), EOL1 (eosinophilic leukemia), MOLM13 (acute monocytic leukemia), OCI-AML3 (AML), HEL (erythroleukemia), THP1 (acute monocytic leukemia) and SKNO1 (AML) (Fig. 1B). The gene discussed is BRD9; the disease is erythroleukemia.
