Nine lncRNAs had predicted RNA binding capacities with such targets as ZNF154, a putative tumor suppressor in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and prostate cancer (43, 44); JAK3, a tyrosine kinase implicated in leukemias and lymphomas (45, 46); and SOX11, which may act as a tumor promoter or suppressor in various cancers, including glioma (47). This evidence concerns the gene ZNF154 and prostate cancer.
