Timp4 was significantly enriched in Hallmark pathways such as oxidative phosphorylation, MYC_target_V1, apoptosis, reactive oxidativepathways,and angiogenesis (Figure 6C), as well as KEGG pathways such as ribosomes, oxidative phosphorylation, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and Hemer’s disease (Figure 6D).
