Statistical analysis showed no significant differences in the infiltration of CD68+ TAMs (Figures 1G, H) in HCMV+ compared to HCMV- IBC cancer tissues, while HCMV+ IBC cancer tissues were characterized by significant high infiltration of CD163+ (Figures 1I, J) and MAC387+ TAMs (Figures 1K, L) (P= 0.48 and 0.04, respectively) compared to HCMV- IBC cancer tissues. This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and inflammatory breast carcinoma.
