IL13 and cancer: The pathway enrichment and PPI network analysis of these differential expressed genes and their neighboring genes showed strong association mainly with degradation of the extracellular matrix, hallmark epithelial mesenchymal transition and cell adhesion molecules, transcriptional regulation of pluripotent stem cells, tissue morphogenesis, chemokine activity, Interleukin-4 and Interleukin-13 signaling, and proteoglycans in cancer.
