Conversely, our observation suggests that upregulated HIF1α suppresses the Notch1 signaling pathway (MAML1, ADAM, ASAP3, ARAP1, etc.)in CML patients with blast crisis cells, whereas Notch2 and Notch4 were upregulated, which is in agreement with previous findings. The gene discussed is NOTCH1; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
