Following infection with S. Enteritidis, a number of chemokine signaling-associated pathways were found to be altered when compared to the non-infected control tissues: MAPK-JAK-STAT signaling pathways (Table 6A), the PI3K signaling pathway (Table 6B), and the CCR5P-PLC-PKC signaling pathway (Table 6C) (Supplemental Figure 3). This evidence concerns the gene HSPG2 and infection.
