CTNNB1’s mutations have been found to cause aberrant WNT/CTNNB1 signaling and are associated with the susceptibility and prognosis of breast, endometrial, and gastric cancers (Kurnit et al., 2017; van Schie and van Amerongen, 2020; Wang et al., 2012). Here, CTNNB1 is linked to gastric cancer.
