The results showed that the activity of protein dimer interacted selectively and non-covalently with different proteins to form heterodimer (Lan et al., 2014); “GO:0001228 transcriptional activator activity, RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific binding” is one of the important pathways involved in LINC00648, and is related to lung cancer (Zhao et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene LINC00648 and lung cancer.
