Functional annotation of FADD and its co-expressed genes showed that PSMG3-AS1 might control the expression of FADD by miR-134-5p in NAFLD, thereby regulating the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, IL-4 and IL-3 signaling, and NF-kappaB signaling (Figure 6C). This evidence concerns the gene FADD and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
