Recent studies have confirmed that NFE2L3 is linked to certain cancers in humans, including colon cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and liver hepatocellular carcinoma (Wang et al., 2018; Bury et al., 2019; Ren et al., 2020; Dai et al., 2021; Qian et al., 2022). This evidence concerns the gene NFE2L3 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
