NFE2L3 expression was shown to be closely related to the cellular functional status of a variety of tumors, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), breast cancer (BRCA), astrocytoma (AST), glioblastoma (GBM), glioma, oligodendroglioma (ODG), head and neck cancer (HNSCC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), melanoma (MEL), retinoblastoma (RB), and uveal melanoma (UM). This evidence concerns the gene NFE2L3 and breast carcinoma.
