The results of this study showed that compared with those before treatment, the plasma levels of D-D and NT-proBNP in the two groups were gradually improved after 3, 6, and 9 months of treatment, but there was no significant difference between the rivaroxaban and warfarin at 3, 6, and 9 months after treatment, which suggested that antithrombotic therapy with the above two drugs could effectively improve the blood hypercoagulable state and reduce the risk of embolism in patients with AF.
