MAPK14 and familial dilated cardiomyopathy: RT-PCR analysis revealed that the ratio of P38 MAPK/GAPDHA was significantly increased in the DCM group compared with the HC group (1.71 ± 0.08 vs. 0.61 ± 0.43, P < 0.01), whereas the ratio of P38 MAPK/GAPDHA was significantly decreased in the CL group compared with the DCM group after Celastrol administration (0.67 ± 0.49 vs. 1.71 ± 0.08, P < 0.01) (Figure 8).
