Comparison of the clinicopathological characteristics among the GNRI-CEA score groups showed that the GNRI-CEA score was closely associated with male gender, advanced age, low BMI, advanced T stage, metastasis, advanced pathological stage, colon cancer, large tumor size, low hemoglobin, high neutrophil count, low lymphocyte count, and low albumin. The gene discussed is CEACAM5; the disease is colonic neoplasm.
