All nine studies reported the results of anti-IL-23 antibodies compared to placebo for moderate-to-severe psoriasis regarding PASI 90 index, with 2292 cases (56.6%) achieving PASI 90 index at the end of the course of treatment and only 26 cases (1.7%) achieving PASI 90 index in the placebo group. This evidence concerns the gene IL37 and psoriasis.
