EGFR and cancer: Cancer signals or signaling pathways that are closely related to cancer, such as prostate cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, VEGF signaling pathway, ErbB signaling pathway, central carbon metabolism in cancer, PD–L1 expression, PD−1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, MAPK signaling pathway and PI3K–Akt signaling pathway were found in network pharmacology, which showed that A. tanguticus could have anticancer activity and could be used to develop anticancer activity drug.
