CYP2E1 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: We analyzed these targets against “NAFLD (map04932)” in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes database (Figure 2(d)) and found that JGXZ targets in the NAFLD pathway mainly included P65, JNK1/2, C-JUN, SREBP1, leptin, GSK3β, CYP2E1, Fas, and cytochrome C. These targets are mainly associated with oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammation, lipid metabolism disorders, insulin resistance, and insulin resistance.
