A 60‐year‐old woman previously diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) with fibrosis (normal karyotype, NPM1‐mutated, FLT3‐ITD negative, TET2 mutations (two variants) and SRSF2 mutations detected on our myeloid gene panel) presented with worsening pain and swelling in her right arm and leg. Here, FLT3 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
