LCP2 and atherosclerosis: After validation using GEO datasets and atherosclerosis and MI mice model, it was found that the eight proteins, including SYNJ2, NET1, EIF4EBP1, FZD7, LCP2, HCK, GNB2, and PPP4C, can act as diagnostic biomarkers in the deterioration of atherosclerosis and also used as targets to help reduce the mortality of patients.
