Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a clinically and genetically heterogeneous non‐Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that usually expresses B‐cell lineage antigens including CD20.[1] CD20 is a 33‐37 kDa, non‐glycosylated phosphoprotein expressed on the surface of almost all normal and malignant mature B cells that can be directly targeted by monoclonal antibodies like Rituximab.[2]. Here, MS4A1 is linked to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
