As demonstrated in Supplementary Figures S6A-D, SIGLEC9, TSPO, CKS1B, and PTTG3P all exhibited remarkable changes of upregulations in the sepsis group compared with control group in both datasets with P<0.05 (except for CKS1B in GSE28750), which proved the great diagnostic and predictive performance of these four biomarkers.
