To further demonstrate whether CKS2, CSTA and LY96 exhibited a dysregulated level in RA, we performed RT-PCR and found that the expression of CKS2, CSTA and LY96 was distinctly upregulated in RA-HFLS cells compared with normal HFLS cells (Figures 12A-C). The gene discussed is CSTA; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
