Our results showed that the AURoC of all TFF3 gland count parameters were equally predictive of having clinically relevant BO (AURoC for all parameters ranged from 77.4% to 78.4%), but TFF3 gland count from slide 15 alone (AURoC 78.4%, 95% CI 71.1-85.8%), and the average TFF3 gland count between slides 2 and 15 (AURoC 78.4%, 95% CI 71.1-85.7%) were equally good predictors of having a diagnosis of clinically relevant BO (Supplementary Table 1 and Supplementary Figure 2). The gene discussed is TFF3; the disease is bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome.
