Surprisingly, we identified miR-199a/b-3p as the potential target miRNA of PAK4 and BCAR3. Our results suggested that miR-199a/b-3p inhibited the proliferation, colony formation of CRC cells through targeting PAK4. Meanwhile, the inhibitory effects on migration and invasion were regulated by targeting BCAR3. Here, BCAR3 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
