LYL1 gene amplification was also determined to be involved in the development of uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, and LYL1 gene amplification was reported to be a risk factor for poor prognosis in patients with uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma according to a study of 370 patients with uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma [40].
