LYL1 and acute myeloid leukemia: The public BRD4 ChIP-Seq data for the AML cell line MV4–11 (GSE101821) showed that the gene region of LYL1 had strong signals (Fig. 5B, track 1), and BRD4 was found to function cooperatively with CEBPE and RUNX1 (Supplementary Fig. 5), suggesting a potential role for BRD4 in the transcriptional regulation of LYL1 in AML.
