We found that Klotho, as a categorical variable, had a negative association with pan‐cancer (p < 0.0001), hormone‐related cancer (including prostate cancer and testicular cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer and thyroid cancer) (p = 0.0005), prostate cancer (p = 0.0003), skin cancer (p = 0.002), digestive system cancer (including esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, colon cancer and rectal cancer) (p = 0.0034), and colon cancer (p = 0.0093). This evidence concerns the gene KL and prostate carcinoma.
