In patients with NSCLC (CheckMate 057), UC (CheckMate 275), and MEL (CheckMate 067 and 238), the prevalence of PD-L1–positive patients increased in the range of 5% to 39% and from 6% to 25% with AI-powered scoring compared with manual scoring at PD-L1 expression cutoffs of ≥1% and ≥5%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
