FGF9 and neoplasm: Transwell assay was conducted to examine effects of NR0B1 and FGF9 on macrophage chemotaxis and revealed that when NR0B1 and FGF9 were overexpressed in HCC cells, the number of macrophage migration was remarkably upregulated (Figure 8(b)), indicating that the overexpression of NR0B1 and FGF9 could enhance macrophage chemotaxis to tumor tissues.
