TP53 and cancer: As shown in Figure 10A, the results showed that the top 20 biological processes (BPs) were mainly focused on the regulation of smooth muscle cell proliferation, oxidative stress and cell death, etc. The top 20 KEGG pathways mainly included several pathways involved in cancer, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway, FOXO signaling pathway, viral carcinogenesis, Epstein-Barr virus infection, cell cycle, microRNAs in cancer, etc (Figure 10B).
