Using bioinformatics tools, we found that miR-150 substantially influenced the development and progression of bladder cancer by targeting CASC1. CASC1 expression was found to be high in bladder cancer patients, and has-miR-150 expression level was negatively correlated with the expression of CASC1. CASC1 is also associated with immune and immunosuppressive cell infiltration into tumors. The gene discussed is DNAI7; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
