Glomerulopathy with fibronectin deposits (GFND) is an autosomal dominant glomerulopathy with age-related penetrance, characterised by fibronectin (FN) deposits within the glomeruli, the clinical manifestations of which are mainly proteinuria, microscopic hematuria, and hypertension [1, 2]. This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and lipoprotein glomerulopathy.
