CircNDUFB2 not only acts as a scaffold by forming a tripartite motif containing 25 (TRIM25)/circNDUFB2/IGF2BPs ternary complex to facilitate the degradation of IGF2BPs, but it also triggers cellular immune responses by activating retinoic acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I), thereby regulating NSCLC progression (Li et al. 2021b).
