In order to verify the aforementioned results of bioinformatics analysis, we further detected the expression levels of MIR194-2HG, RNF139-AS1, hsa-miR-125b-5p and SLC1A5 in 1 normal gastric mucosa epithelial cell line (GES-1) and 7 GC cell lines (AGS, MGC-803, SGC-7901, BGC-823, MKN-28, MKN-45, HGC-27) by qRT-PCR, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene SLC1A5 and gastric cancer.
