We found that tumor tissues were remarkably characterized by high densities of central memory CD8 T cells, activated CD4 T cells, immature B cells, CD56 dim natural killer cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells, and activated dendritic cells, but normal tissues were significantly characterized by high densities of effector memory CD8 T cells, T follicular helper cells, type 1 T helper cells, activated B cells, natural killer cells, CD56 bright natural killer cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, immature dendritic cells, mast cells, stromal score, and immune score (Figures 1A, B). This evidence concerns the gene NCAM1 and neoplasm.
