We found that tumor tissues were remarkably characterized by high densities of central memory CD8 T cells, activated CD4 T cells, immature B cells, CD56 dim natural killer cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells, and activated dendritic cells, but normal tissues were significantly characterized by high densities of effector memory CD8 T cells, T follicular helper cells, type 1 T helper cells, activated B cells, natural killer cells, CD56 bright natural killer cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, immature dendritic cells, mast cells, stromal score, and immune score (Figures 1A, B). Here, CD8A is linked to neoplasm.
