Statistical analysis showed that the levels of anti-CAGE, anti-GAGE7, anti-GBU4-5, anti-MAGE A1, anti-P53, anti-PGP9.5, and Anti-SOX2 in LC patients were significantly higher than those in the controls, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.001). Here, SOX2 is linked to laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
