As shown in Figure 10D, we found that, in the high-risk group, the expression levels of RNA binding motif protein 15 (RBM15), Wilms tumor 1 associated protein (WTAP), heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein C (HNRNPC), and YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein 2 (YTHDF2) are higher (p < 0.01), whereas the expression levels of zinc finger CCCH-type containing 13 (ZC3H13), YTH domain containing 1 (YTHDC1), and fat mass and obesity associated (FTO) are lower than the low-risk group (p < 0.05). Here, FTO is linked to obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
