In cervical cancer, VISTA is found expressed in the membrane and cytoplasm of tumor cells, VISTA may co-express with Foxp3, Foxp3 is expressed in CIN I-III, but VISTA only expresses in CIN II-III, the co-expression of which indicates the prognosis of cervical patients (see part 5.2) [54]. The gene discussed is VSIR; the disease is cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
