Several TFs were down-regulated in ImCs, such as REL, its pro-survival, anti-oxidative stress and anti-inflammation roles were reported in Parkinson’s progression44; while for DBP, which was reported to enhanced a pro-inflammatory state through increasing the release of TNF-α and IL-1β45, were up-regulated in CECs and ImCs of keratoconus. This evidence concerns the gene REL and Parkinsonism.
