Consistent with these studies, we showed that TPGS-FA/NC suppressed the AQP3/STAT3/CD133 pathway and Nek2 expression in HCC cells, which was evidenced by reduced overexpression of AQP3 and STAT3, as well as downregulating the expression of CD133 through attenuating the stemness of CD133+ cells.
