Elevated CRP [OR 1.25, 95% CI 1.10–1.98, P < 0.01], low eGFR [OR 0.95, 95% CI 0.90–0.99, P = 0.05] and having ischemic heart disease [OR 7.03, 95% CI 1.60–46.42, P = 0.04] were independently associated with increased odds of mortality. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and coronary artery disorder.
