Survivin expression was found to be high in Ph-positive CML cells, while in this study, the expression level of survivin in K562 cells was 2751±48.08 pg/mL compared with that in HALOA-treated cells (2504±29.69 pg/mL, p=0.033) (Figure 2 D and Table 1), which indicates strong candidates for the complex as an antitumor agent.
