Qu et al. founded that, in renal cell carcinoma (RCC), lncARSR (lncRNA Activated in RCC with Sunitinib Resistance)-loaded exosomes competitively bind miR-34/miR-449 and enhance AXL and c-MET receptors signaling that are responsible for Sunitinib resistance through activation of STAT3, AKT, and ERK signaling (105).
