Our study found that the levels of activated CD4+T cells, eosinophils, γ/δ T cells, immature B cells, mast cells, NK cells, neutrophils, regulatory T cells, type 17 T helper cells, and type 2 T helper cells were reduced, while activated DCs, CD56 dim NK cells, MDSCs, monocytes, and plasmacytoid DCs were increased in cluster A. We suppose that the expression of NRGs is downregulated in DLBCL with poor prognosis, leading to a reduced sensitivity of these cells to TNFα agonism (11). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
