TP53 and prostate carcinoma: The somatic mutation incidence of total 52 PRGs (Chen et al., 2021; Ye et al., 2021; Zhuang et al., 2021) in prostate cancer is shown in Figure 1A, and it was found that 73 prostate cancer samples (15.08%) of TCGA occurred with pyroptosis-related genes mutation, with TP53 having the highest mutation frequency (11%) followed by NLRP3 (1%), TP63 (1%), and NOD1 (1%).
