We also explored the copy number variation (CNV) of PRGs in prostate cancer and found universal copy number changes; the CNVs of GSDMD, GSDMC, HMGB1, CHMP4C, CHMP6, and NOD1 were increased, while those of TP53, IL18, NLRP1, HBGB1, GZMA, PJVK, CASP1, CASP5, CASP4, and CHMP7 were decreased (Figure 1B).
